Bonded abrasive products - Permissible unbalances of grinding wheels as delivered - Static testing (ISO 6103:2014)
ISO 6103:2014 specifies the maximum permissible values of unbalances for bonded abrasive wheels with an outside diameter D ≥ 125 mm and maximum operating speed vs ≥ 16 m/s, in the as-delivered condition. It also specifies the method for measuring the unbalance and the practical method for testing whether a grinding wheel is acceptable or not.
It is applicable to bonded abrasive wheels in the as-delivered condition.
It is not applicable to diamond, cubic boron nitride or natural stone grinding wheels, or to centreless control wheels, lapping and disc wheels, ball wheels or glass grinding wheels.

Diese Internationale Norm legt die maximal zulässigen Unwuchten für verschiedene Formen von Schleif-scheiben aus gebundenem Schleifmittel mit einem Außendurchmesser von D 125 mm und einer Arbeitshöchstgeschwindigkeit vs 16 m/s im Lieferzustand fest.
Darüber hinaus werden geeignete Verfahren zur Messung der Unwucht sowie zur Abnahmeprüfung der Schleifscheibe festgelegt.
Diese Internationale Norm ist anwendbar für Schleifscheiben aus gebundenem Schleifmittel im Lieferzustand.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für
- Schleifscheiben mit Diamant, kubischem Bornitrid oder Naturstein oder
- Regelscheiben beim spitzenlosen Schleifen, Läpp Scheiben und Schleifscheiben mit Tragscheiben sowie Schleifscheiben zum Schleifen von Kugeln oder Glas.
ANMERKUNG 1 Die angegebenen Werte beziehen sich auf die Schleifscheibe selbst, unabhängig von jeder Unwucht, die in der Hilfswelle oder in der Befestigung der Scheibe auf der Hilfswelle auftreten kann. Es wird vorausgesetzt, dass diese verschiedenen Einzelteile zusammen mit den Flanschen oder Aufnahmeflanschen ausgewuchtet wurden und homogen sowie frei von geometrischen Fehlern sind.
ANMERKUNG 2 Die Auswirkungen der Unwucht sind die Ursache für
- zusätzliche Belastung der Hilfswelle, der Maschine und ihrer Befestigung,
- außergewöhnliche Abnutzung der Lager,
- Schwingungen, die das Schleifergebnis beeinflussen, erhöhte innere Spannungen in der Schleifscheibe und fortschreitende Ermüdung des Bedieners.

ISO 6103:2014 spécifie les valeurs maximales admissibles des balourds pour les meules à base d'abrasif aggloméré de diamètre extérieur D ≥ 125 mm et de vitesse maximale de fonctionnement vs ≥ 16 m/s, dans l'état de livraison. Elle spécifie également la méthode de mesurage du balourd et la méthode pratique pour vérifier si une meule est acceptable ou non.
Elle est applicable aux meules à base d'abrasif aggloméré dans l'état de livraison.
Elle n'est pas applicable aux meules à base de diamant, de nitrure de bore cubique, ou en pierre naturelle, ou aux meules d'entraînement sans centre, aux disques et lapidaires de rodage, aux meules à billes ou aux meules pour le travail du verre.

Ta mednarodni standard določa največje dopustne vrednosti neuravnoteženosti za vezane
brusilne kolute z zunanjim premerom D ≥ 125 mm in najvišjo hitrostjo obratovanja vs ≥ 16 m/, v stanju kot ob dobavi.
Določa tudi metodo za merjenje neuravnoteženosti in praktično metodo za preskušanje, ali
je brusni kolut dopusten ali ne.
Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za vezane brusilne kolute v stanju kot ob dobavi.
Ta evropski standard se ne uporablja za
– diamantne brusne kolute ali brusne kolute iz kubnih borovih nitridov ali naravnega kamna ali
– votle kontrolne kolute, preklopne in diskaste kolute, kroglične kolute ali steklene brusne kolute.
OPOMBA 1: Podane vrednosti se nanašajo na sam brusni kolut, ne glede na kakršno koli neuravnoteženost, ki bi lahko obstajala v stojalu ali v načinu pritrditve koluta na stojalo. Ti različni elementi se skupaj s prirobnicami ali prirobnicami pesta obravnavajo kot uravnoteženi, homogeni in brez geometrijskih napak.
OPOMBA 2: Učinki neuravnoteženosti so v osnovi
– dodatne obremenitve na stojalo, stroj in montažo,
– obraba ležajev,
– vibracije, ki so pomembne za kakovost dela s strojem in večje notranje obremenitve v brusnem kolutu, ter večja utrujenost upravljavca.

This document (EN ISO 6103:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 29 "Small tools" in
collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 143 “Machine tools - Safety” the secretariat of which is held
by SNV.

text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2015, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
