Tractors and machinery for agriculture and forestry - Safety - Format for reporting accidents
This European Standard establishes a uniform format for reporting accidents where the following equipment are involved:
— agricultural and forestry tractors (NACE code 09.02.03.01);
— equipment fitted on tractors (e.g. a front – end loader) (NACE code 09.02.99.00);
— equipment mounted on the tractor (front and/or rear) (NACE code 09.02.99.00);
— equipment towed by tractors (trailers and machinery) (NACE code 09.02.04.99);
— self-propelled machinery (NACE code 09.02.03.02);
— telescopic loaders (NACE code 09.02.03.02);
— lawn and gardening equipment (NACE code 09.02.99.00);
— powered hand-held machinery used in agriculture (NACE code 09.02.99.00).
Accidents with this equipment on road use are also covered by this document.
Are excluded from the scope of this document:
— the above-mentioned equipment when used in another environment than agriculture, forestry and landscape gardening (e.g. tractors used on construction sites);
— material handling equipment other than telescopic loaders, skid steer loaders, wheel loaders and front-end loaders mounted on tractors.
All profiles of harmed persons should be in the scope. There should be no distinction/exemption between employers, employees, self-employed persons, bystanders or other persons involved in the accident.
Situations that are excluded from the scope of this document:
— near-miss accidents and other incidents, not resulting in harm;
— chronic diseases as a result of physical agents.
Fire hazards are only in the Scope for those fire accidents that have caused physical harm.

La présente Norme européenne établit un format uniforme pour le rapport des accidents lorsque les équipements suivants sont impliqués:
tracteurs agricoles et forestiers (Code NACE 09.02.03.01);
équipements installés sur tracteurs (par exemple, un chargeur frontal) (Code NACE 09.02.99.00);
équipements montés sur le tracteur (avant et/ou arrière) (Code NACE 09.02.99.00);
équipements traînés par des tracteurs (remorques et machines) (Code NACE 09.02.04.99);
machines automotrices (Code NACE 09.02.03.02);
chargeurs télescopiques (Code NACE 09.02.03.02);
équipement de jardinage et d’espace vert (Code NACE 09.02.99.00);
machines portatives utilisées en agriculture (Code NACE 09.02.99.00).
Les accidents sur route avec cet équipement sont également couverts par le présent document.
Sont exclus du domaine d’application du présent document:
les équipements énumérés ci-dessus lorsque ceux-ci sont utilisés dans d’autres environnements que l’agriculture, sylviculture et jardinage (par exemple, tracteurs utilisés sur des chantiers);
les équipements de manutention des matériaux, autres que les chargeurs télescopiques, chargeuses à direction par glissement, chargeuses à roues et chargeurs frontaux montés sur tracteurs.
Il convient que tous les profils de personnes blessées entre dans le domaine d’application. Il convient de ne faire aucune distinction/exception entre les employeurs, salariés, autoentrepreneurs, tiers et autres personnes impliquées dans l’accident.
Les situations qui sont exclues du domaine d’application du présent document:
les quasi-accidents ou autres incidents, n’ayant engendré aucune lésion;
maladies chroniques engendrées par des agents physiques.
Les risques d’incendie sont seulement dans le domaine d’application pour les incendies ayant causé une lésion physique.

Ta evropski standard določa enotni format za poročanje o nesrečah, kjer je vpletena naslednja oprema: – kmetijski in gozdarski traktorji (koda NACE 09.02.03.01) – oprema, nameščena na traktorje (npr. sprednji/zadnji nakladalnik) (koda NACE 09.02.99.00) – oprema, montirana na traktor (sprednja in/ali zadnja) (koda NACE 09.02.99.00) – oprema, ki jo traktorji vlečejo (prikolice in stroji) (koda NACE 09.02.04.99) – stroji z lastnim pogonom (NACE 09.02.03.02) – teleskopski nakladalniki (koda NACE 09.02.03.02) – oprema za urejanje trate in vrta (koda NACE 09.02.99.00) – gnani ročno vodeni stroji, ki se uporabljajo v kmetijstvu (koda NACE 09.02.99.00) Nesreče s to opremo med uporabo na cesti prav tako spadajo na področje uporabe tega standarda. Stroji za upravljanje materialov, ki niso teleskopski nakladalniki, in fiksna stacionarna oprema ne spadajo na področje uporabe tega standarda. Oprema iz prve točke, ki se uporablja v okolju, ki ni kmetijstvo ali gozdarstvo, ne spada na področje uporabe tega standarda (npr. traktorji, ki se uporabljajo na gradbiščih).
