Maritime and port security services
This European Standard is a service standard that specifies requirements for quality in organization, processes, staff and management of a security services provider and/or its independent branches and establishments under commercial law and trade as a provider with regard to port and maritime security services.
This European Standard applies according to the laws and the regulations applicable in the territory of every national CEN member adopting the standard.
This European Standard does not apply to security services provided by private security companies that are subject to particular rules and conditions and/or related to a specific high-risk situation and/or the use of heavy weapons and/or special training and/or government supervision, such as security services in relation to piracy. In case such particular rules and/or conditions do not exist at national level, this European Standard can apply.
This European Standard lays down quality criteria for the delivery of security services in and to ports and in relation to maritime activities, requested and contracted upon by public and private clients or buyers. This European Standard is therefore suitable for the selection, attribution, awarding and reviewing of the most suitable provider for port and maritime security services.
Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen
Diese Europäische Norm ist eine Dienstleistungsnorm, die Qualitätsanforderungen für Organisationen, Prozesse, Personal und Management eines Sicherheitsdienstanbieters und/oder dessen unabhängige Zweigstellen und Niederlassungen als Anbieter von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen nach dem Wirtschafts- und Handelsrecht beschreibt.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt entsprechend den Gesetzen und Vorschriften der CEN-Mitgliedstaaten, die diese Norm übernehmen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Sicherheitsdienstleistungen, die von privaten Sicherheitsunternehmen erbracht werden, die speziellen Regeln unterliegen und/oder mit einer spezifischen, sehr risikoreichen Situation in Verbindung stehen und/oder der Verwendung von schweren Waffen zu tun haben und/oder mit spezieller Ausbildung und/oder unter staatlicher Aufsicht stehen, wie z. B. Sicherheitsdienstleister im Zusammenhang mit Piraterie. Existieren auf nationaler Ebene keine solchen speziellen Regeln und/oder Bedingungen, kann diese Europäische Norm angewendet werden.
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Qualitätskriterien für die Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen in und für Häfen und im Zusammenhang mit maritimen Tätigkeiten fest, die von öffentlichen und privaten Kunden oder Käufern nachgefragt und vertraglich festgelegt werden. Diese Europäische Norm ist dementsprechend geeignet zur Auswahl, Zuordnung, Vertragsvergabe und Prüfung des geeignetsten Anbieters von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für Seeschifffahrt und Seehäfen.

La présente Norme européenne est une norme de service qui spécifie les exigences de qualité relatives à l'organisation, aux processus, au personnel et à la gestion d'un prestataire de services de sécurité et/ou de ses succursales et établissements indépendants en vertu du droit commercial, agissant en tant que prestataire en matière de services de sécurité portuaire et maritime.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique dans le respect des lois et des réglementations en vigueur sur le territoire de chaque état membre du CEN adoptant la norme.
La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux services de sécurité fournis par des sociétés de sécurité privées soumises à des règles et conditions particulières et/ou associés à une situation spécifique à haut risque et/ou à l'utilisation d'armes lourdes et/ou à une formation spéciale et/ou au contrôle de l'état, tels que les services de sécurité liés à la piraterie. Lorsque de telles règles et/ou conditions particulières n'existent pas au niveau national, la présente Norme européenne peut s'appliquer.
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les critères de qualité relatifs à la prestation de services de sécurité dans et à destination des ports et en relation avec les activités maritimes, demandés et contractés par des clients ou acheteurs publics et privés. La présente Norme européenne est donc adaptée à la sélection, l'attribution, l'adjudication et la revue du prestataire de services de sécurité portuaire et maritime le plus approprié.

Ta storitveni standard določa zahteve za kakovost pri organizaciji, procesih, osebju in vodstvu varnostne službe in/ali njenih neodvisnih podružnic ter obratov v skladu z gospodarskim pravom in trgovino kot ponudnik v okviru pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih služb.
Ta storitveni standard se uporablja v skladu z zakonodajo in predpisi, ki veljajo na ozemlju vseh nacionalnih članic CEN, ki so sprejele standard, in zato nima dodatne ozemeljske veljavnosti.
Določa merila kakovosti za dobavo varnostnih storitev v pristaniščih in do njih ter storitve v povezavi z morskimi dejavnostmi, ki jih zahtevajo in naročijo javne ali zasebne stranke ali kupci. Ta evropski standard je zato primeren za izbiro, določitev, dodeljevanje in pregledovanje najprimernejšega ponudnika pomorskih in pristaniških varnostnih storitev.
Ta storitveni standard se ne uporablja za varnostne storitve, ki jih zagotavljajo zasebna varnostna podjetja, za katera veljajo nekatera pravila in pogoji in/ali so povezana s posebnimi zelo tveganimi situacijami in/ali uporabo težkega orožja in/ali posebnega usposabljanja in/ali vladnega nadzora, kot so varnostne storitve v povezavi s piratstvom. Če taka posebna pravila in/ali pogoji ne obstajajo na nacionalni ravni, se ta standard lahko uporabi.
