Gas tightness of equipment for gas welding and allied processes (ISO 9090:1989)
Specifies the maximum external leakage rates which are acceptable for equipment used for welding, cutting and allied processes. Applies to individual components which are used in the gas supply to a blowpipe from the connecting point of the hose (outlet of the cylinder valve or connecting point to a gas supply plant). Does not apply to gas supply plants.

La présente Norme internationale définit les niveaux de fuite externe maximale admissible pour les appareils utilisés pour le soudage, le coupage et les techniques connexes. Elle s'applique aux différents composants individuels utilisés pour alimenter un chalumeau, à partir du point de raccordement du tuyau (sortie du robinet de la bouteille ou point de raccordement à une installation de distribution). Elle ne s'applique pas aux installations de distribution.

(ISO 9090:1989), prva izdaja, 1998, ima status slovenskega standarda in je z metodo platnice
prevzet evropski standard EN 29090 (de), Gasdichtheit von Geräten für Gasschweissen und
verwandte Verfahren (ISO 9090:1989), 1992-05-00.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 29090:1992 je pripravil tehni~ni odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo CEN/TC 121 Varjenje.
Odlo~itev za prevzem tega standarda po metodi platnice je dne 1997-05-14 sprejel tehni~ni
odbor USM/TC VAR Varjenje.
Ta slovenski standard je dne 1998-03-03 odobril direktor USM.
OPOMBI
- Povsod, kjer se v besedilu standarda uporablja izraz “evropski standard”, v
SIST EN 29090:1998 to pomeni “slovenski standard”.
- Nacionalni uvod in nacionalni predgovor nista sestavni del standarda.
