Private security services - Protection of critical infrastructure - Part 2: Airport and aviation security services
This document includes the sector specific requirements for the provision of private security services for airport and civil aviation security that are additional to the requirements of EN 17483-1:2021.
NOTE It is important that the selection of a private security service provider always represent the best balance between quality and price. This document sets out the minimum requirements that providers should comply with in order for this balance to be struck.
It specifies service requirements for quality in organization, processes, personnel and management of a security service provider and/or its independent branches and establishments under commercial law and trade as a provider with regard to airport and aviation security services.
It lays down quality criteria for the delivery of airport and aviation security services requested by public and private clients. This document is suitable for the selection, attribution, awarding and reviewing of the most suitable provider of airport and aviation security services [1].

Dieses Dokument enthält die branchenspezifischen Anforderungen für die Erbringung von privaten Sicherheits- und Sicherungsdienstleistungen für die Flughafen- und zivile Luftfahrtsicherheit, die zusätzlich zu den Anforderungen von EN 17483-1:2021 gelten.
ANMERKUNG Es ist wichtig, dass die Auswahl eines privaten Sicherheitsdienstleisters/Sicherungsdienstleisters immer den bestmöglichen Ausgleich zwischen Qualität und Preis darstellt. Dieses Dokument legt die Mindestanforderungen fest, die Anbieter erfüllen sollten, um diesen Ausgleich zu erzielen.
Dieses Dokument legt Dienstleistungsanforderungen an die Qualität in Bezug auf Organisation, Prozesse, Personal und Verwaltung eines Sicherheitsdienstleisters/Sicherungsdienstleisters und/oder seiner unabhängigen Zweigstellen und Niederlassungen nach Handelsrecht als Anbieter von Flughafen- und Luftsicherheitsdienstleistungen fest.
Dieses Dokument legt Qualitätskriterien für das Erbringen von Flughafen- und Luftsicherheitsdienstleistungen fest, die von öffentlichen und privaten Auftraggebern nachgefragt werden. Dieses Dokument ist geeignet für die Auswahl, Zuordnung, Auftragsvergabe und Kontrolle des am besten geeigneten Anbieters von Flughafen- und Luftsicherheitsdienstleistungen [1].
Services de sécurité privée - Protection des infrastructures critiques - Partie 2 : Services de sûreté aéroportuaire et aéronautique
Le présent document inclut les exigences sectorielles relatives à la prestation de services de sécurité privée pour la sûreté aéroportuaire et aéronautique civile, qui viennent compléter les exigences de l’EN 17483-1:2021.
NOTE Il est important que le choix d’un prestataire de services de sécurité privée représente toujours le meilleur équilibre entre la qualité et le prix. Le présent document définit les exigences minimales qu’il convient que les prestataires respectent pour atteindre cet équilibre.
Il spécifie les exigences de qualité de service relatives à l’organisation, aux processus, au personnel et à la gestion d’un prestataire de services de sécurité et/ou de ses succursales et établissements indépendants en vertu du droit commercial, agissant en tant que prestataire de services de sûreté aéroportuaire et aéronautique.
Il spécifie les critères de qualité relatifs à la prestation de services de sûreté aéroportuaire et aéronautique demandés par des clients publics et privés. Le présent document est adapté à la sélection, l’attribution, l’adjudication et la revue du prestataire de services de sûreté aéroportuaire et aéronautique le plus approprié [1].
Storitve zasebnega varovanja - Zaščita kritične infrastrukture - 2. del: Letališke in letalske varnostne storitve
Ta dokument vsebuje posebne področne zahteve za zagotavljanje storitev zasebnega varovanja na področju letališča in letalske varnosti, ki so dodane predpisom standarda EN 17483 1:2021.
OPOMBA 1: Ta dokument je drugi del skupine standardov o izvajanju storitev zasebnega varovanja za kritično infrastrukturo.

OPOMBA 3: Pomembno je, da izbira ponudnika storitev zasebnega varovanja vedno ponuja najboljše razmerje med kakovostjo in ceno. Ta dokument določa minimalne zahteve, ki jih morajo ponudniki storitev upoštevati za zagotavljanje tega razmerja.
Določa zahteve glede kakovosti storitev v organizaciji, njenih procesov, osebja in vodstva varnostne službe in/ali njenih neodvisnih podružnic ter obratov v skladu z gospodarskim pravom in trgovino kot ponudnika v okviru letaliških in letalskih varnostnih storitev.
Določa merila kakovosti za zagotavljanje letaliških in letalskih varnostnih storitev, ki jih zahtevajo javne ali zasebne stranke. Dokument je zato primeren za izbiro, določitev, dodeljevanje in pregledovanje najprimernejšega ponudnika letaliških in letalskih varnostnih storitev [1].
